Clothing purchased at regular price can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Item must be sent back in new condition, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached. A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Care to initiate the return/exchange. 


Returns

    • U.S orders: A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note $10 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and restocking.
    • International orders: Customer is responsible for the shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment. The order can be sent back using your carrier of choice. 

Exchanges

    • We recommend you place a new order with the item(s) of your choice. After, provide our Customer Care team with the new order number and they'll email you a pre-paid return label to send back the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
    • U.S orders: Exchanges are complimentary. 
    • International orders: We deduct $15 from the refund of the original order to cover shipping and restocking.

Price adjustments

We'd be happy to offer a price adjustment within 7 days of the package delivery date. To be eligible, items must've been purchased at regular price. Please contact us to initiate the transaction.
