Children’s Entertainer Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Entertainer”) and individuals or entities engaging children’s entertainment services (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to confirm the children’s entertainment services.

The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received, and the Entertainer reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days].

Payment

Full payment for children’s entertainment services is due [Specify Timeline, e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled event.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule the children’s entertainment services by providing written notice to the Entertainer.

Performance Details

The Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance space.

Liability and Safety

The Entertainer holds public liability insurance.

The Client is responsible for the safety and supervision of children during the performance.

Photography and Recording

The Entertainer may take photographs or recordings during the performance for promotional purposes.

The Client can request restrictions on the use of images or recordings in writing.

Additional Fees and Expenses

Any additional fees or expenses incurred during the performance, such as travel or accommodation, will be agreed upon in writing before the event.

The Client is responsible for reimbursing agreed-upon expenses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing our children’s entertainment services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
