Individual Office Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide cleaning services for the individual office (“the Client”) as outlined in the agreed-upon specifications.
The scope of services will be detailed in the quote or service agreement provided to the Client.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the cleaning services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.
Payment is due within [number] days of the completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.
Access to the Office
The Client agrees to provide access to the individual office at the scheduled cleaning time.
In the event the Company is unable to access the office, the Client may be charged a fee for the inconvenience.
Quality of Service
The Company will strive to provide a high standard of cleaning services using reasonable care and skill.

Liability

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our individual office cleaning services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
