Dance Membership Terms and Conditions – Group or Individual Classes: Per Class/Package Bookings
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern dance memberships with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Membership Registration
To become a dance member, individuals must complete the registration process.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable on a [Specify Frequency] basis.
All fees are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Payment methods and due dates will be communicated upon registration.
Class Booking
Members are entitled to book classes based on the terms outlined in their specific membership package.
Booking is subject to availability, and class sizes may be limited.
Cancellation and Refunds

Class Attendance

Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive behavior may result in the suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
Photography and Videography
THP Shop may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Members who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.
Liability
Members acknowledge that dance involves a level of physical activity and assume any associated risks. – THP shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Membership Renewal
Memberships may be renewed by the member upon expiry, subject to any changes in terms and fees communicated by THP Shop.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
