Dance Terms and Conditions – Group or Individual Classes: Per Class/Package Bookings

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern participation in dance classes with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.

Registration and Booking

Registration is required before attending any dance class.

Bookings can be made on a per-class basis or through package bookings.

Payment

Payment for each class or package is due in advance.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.

Liability

Participants acknowledge that dance involves a level of physical activity and assume any associated risks.

THP shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
