Dance Terms and Conditions – Group or Individual Classes: Per Class/Package Bookings
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern participation in dance classes with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Registration and Booking
Registration is required before attending any dance class.
Bookings can be made on a per-class basis or through package bookings.
Payment
Payment for each class or package is due in advance.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Payments can be made through [Specify Payment Methods].
Cancellation and Refunds
Classes or packages can be cancelled with [Specify Notice Period] notice.
Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the specified notice period.
No refunds are issued for missed classes.
Class Attendance
Attendees should arrive at least [Specify Time] minutes before the class start time.
Latecomers may not be admitted to the class to avoid disruption.
Participants are expected to attend the class they booked.
Health and Safety
Participants must inform the instructor of any existing health conditions or injuries before the class.

THP Shop reserves the right to change or cancel classes.
Participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made when possible.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Photography and Videography
THP Shop may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.
Liability
Participants acknowledge that dance involves a level of physical activity and assume any associated risks.
THP shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
