Door Supervision Service Terms & Conditions (Insured Sub-Contractors)

DEFINITIONS

“Client” refers to the party engaging the services of the Insured Sub-Contractor for door supervision.

“Insured Sub-Contractor” refers to the party providing door supervision services and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.

“Services” refers to the door supervision services provided by the Insured Sub-Contractor to the Client.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Insured Sub-Contractor agrees to provide door supervision services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and any attached specifications or schedules.

The Insured Sub-Contractor shall ensure that all door supervision personnel engaged in the provision of services hold valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses and comply with relevant industry standards.

INSURANCE

The Insured Sub-Contractor shall maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, employer’s liability insurance, and any other insurance required by law. The Client shall be named as an additional insured on the relevant policies.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Insured Sub-Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to licensing, health and safety, and employment.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Client agrees to pay the Insured Sub-Contractor the agreed-upon fees for door supervision services as outlined in the contract.

Invoices for the services will be submitted by the Insured Sub-Contractor on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, and payment is due within [number of days] days from the date of the invoice.

Late payments will be subject to interest charges at the rate of [X]% per annum, accruing from the due date until the date of payment.

LIABILITY

The Insured Sub-Contractor assumes liability for any damage or injury caused by their personnel while providing door supervision services. The Insured Sub-Contractor’s insurance shall cover such liabilities.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party, provided that the breaching party has failed to cure the breach within [number of days] days.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If not resolved within [number of days] days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of the Effective Date.
