Doorstep Selling of Goods and Installation Services Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the doorstep selling of goods and installation services by THP Shop (“the Company”). By engaging in doorstep selling with the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
“Doorstep Selling” refers to the sale of goods and provision of installation services that occurs at the consumer’s home, workplace, or any other location that is not the regular place of business for the Company.

Goods and Installation Services Offered
The Company offers the sale of goods and installation services, as detailed in the provided product and service descriptions.
Any additional goods or services agreed upon during the doorstep selling process will be documented in writing and appended to this agreement.
Cancellation Rights
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform the Company of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
If you request the commencement of installation services within the cancellation period, you will be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point you notify the Company of the exercise of the right to cancel.
Price and Payment
The price for goods and installation services will be as quoted during the doorstep selling process.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the installation services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consumer Rights and Responsibilities
As a consumer, you have the right to expect that goods and installation services will be of satisfactory quality and carried out with reasonable care and skill.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the installation services.
Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints about the goods or installation services, please contact the Company using the contact information provided in Section 2.
The Company will investigate your complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By engaging in doorstep selling of goods and installation services with the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
