Candidate Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the relationship between THP Shop (“the Agency”) and individuals seeking employment opportunities through the Agency’s services.
By engaging the services of the Agency, the candidate agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Definitions
“Candidate” refers to the individual seeking employment opportunities through the Agency.
“Client” refers to the organization or individual engaging the services of the Agency for recruitment purposes.
Services Provided
The Agency agrees to provide recruitment services to the Candidate, including job matching, interview coordination, and placement assistance.
The Candidate agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the Agency to facilitate the recruitment process.
Confidentiality
The Candidate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the Agency, including but not limited to job opportunities and client details.
Representation
The Candidate authorizes the Agency to represent them to potential employers for the purpose of securing employment opportunities.
The Candidate agrees to inform the Agency promptly of any changes in their employment status during the recruitment process.
Fees
The Candidate is not required to pay any fees to the Agency for the recruitment services provided. Fees are solely the responsibility of the Client.
Data Protection
The Agency will process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Feedback and Communication
The Candidate agrees to provide feedback to the Agency after interviews and promptly inform the Agency of any job offers received independently.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By engaging the services of [Your Employment Agency Name], the Candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
