Temporary Worker Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the relationship between THP Shop (“the Business”) and individuals engaged as temporary workers through the Business’s services.
By engaging in temporary work through the Business, the temporary worker agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Definitions
“Temporary Worker” refers to the individual engaged by the Business to perform temporary work for the client.
“Client” refers to the organization or individual engaging the services of the Business for temporary staffing solutions.
Assignment and Work
The Business agrees to provide temporary work assignments to the Temporary Worker as agreed upon.
The Temporary Worker agrees to perform the assigned work diligently and in accordance with the client’s instructions.
Working Hours and Pay
The Temporary Worker agrees to adhere to the agreed working hours and timesheets.
Pay rates, including any overtime or additional allowances, will be communicated to the Temporary Worker in advance.
Terms of Engagement
The engagement of the Temporary Worker is of a temporary nature and does not constitute a contract of employment between the Temporary Worker and the Business.
The Temporary Worker is not obliged to accept any assignment offered by the Business.
Confidentiality
The Temporary Worker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered during the course of assignments.
Termination of Assignment
Either party may terminate the assignment by providing notice in accordance with the terms specified.
The Temporary Worker agrees to inform the Business promptly of any concerns or issues arising during the assignment.
Health and Safety
The Temporary Worker agrees to comply with health and safety regulations and report any concerns to the client and the Business.
Data Protection
The Business will process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By engaging in temporary work through THP Shop, the Temporary Worker acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
