Fitness Terms and Conditions – Group Classes: Per Class/Package Bookings
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern participation in fitness classes with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Class Booking and Attendance
Participants must book and pay for each class in advance or as part of a package.
Classes are subject to availability, and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants are expected to arrive at least [Specify Time] minutes before the class start time.
Payment
Payment for each class or package is due in advance.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Class Changes and Cancellations

Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Photography and Videography
THP Shop may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.
Liability
Participants acknowledge that fitness activities involve a level of physical activity and assume any associated risks.
THP Shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. THP Shop is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
