Gym and Health Club Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the use of the facilities and services provided by THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Membership Registration
To become a member, individuals must complete the registration process.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Membership Fees

Members who do not wish to be included should inform the club in writing.
Liability
Members acknowledge that the use of gym and health club facilities involves physical activity and assume any associated risks.
THP Shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Membership Renewal
Memberships may be renewed by the member upon expiry, subject to any changes in terms and fees communicated by THP Shop.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
