Kitchen Design, Fitting, and Supply Services Terms and Conditions
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide kitchen design, fitting, and supply services to the client (“the Client”) in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.
The scope of services will encompass design consultation, supply of materials, and professional installation of kitchen fixtures.
Design and Material Selection
The Client will have the opportunity to review and approve the proposed kitchen design before the commencement of any work.
Any changes to the agreed-upon design or material selection after the commencement of work may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the kitchen design, fitting, and supply services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.
Payment is due within [number] days of completion of the services, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.
Workmanship and Installation
The Company will undertake the kitchen fitting and installation with reasonable care and skill.
Any defects in workmanship or installation discovered within [number] days of completion will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the Client.
Health and Safety
The Company will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations during the provision of kitchen design, fitting, and supply services.
The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment for the Company’s personnel during the provision of services.
Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damage or defects arising from the Client’s misuse or neglect of the installed fixtures after the completion of the services.
The Company is insured against accidental damage caused by its operatives during the provision of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our kitchen design, fitting, and supply services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
