Marquee and Gazebo Hire Terms and Conditions (B2C)

Agreement

By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your marquee or gazebo booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery or setup date.

Delivery and Setup

THP Shop will deliver and set up the marquee or gazebo at the agreed-upon location.

The hirer is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and access points.

Usage

The marquee or gazebo shall be used only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the erection and use of the structure.

Care and Maintenance

The hirer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the marquee or gazebo during the hire period.

Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the hirer, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.

Weather Conditions

In adverse weather conditions, [Your Company Name] reserves the right to delay, relocate, or cancel the hire to ensure the safety of both parties.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within [X] days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.

Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

Liability

THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired marquee or gazebo.

The hirer is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.

Termination of Agreement

THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the hirer breaches any terms or if the marquee or gazebo is used unlawfully.

In the event of termination, THP Shop will collect the hired items immediately.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By proceeding with the marquee or gazebo hire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
