Personal Fitness Trainer Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the provision of personal fitness training services by THP Shop (“Trainer”). These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Services Provided
The Trainer will provide personal fitness training services tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals.
The scope and frequency of services will be outlined in the agreed-upon training plan.
Payment
Payment for personal training sessions is due in advance or as agreed between the client and Trainer.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Trainer is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Termination

The Trainer reserves the right to terminate the arrangement immediately in cases of client misconduct.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during training sessions. The Trainer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Governing Law
