Pet Sitter Services Terms and Conditions
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide pet-sitting services to the client (“the Pet Owner”) in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.
The scope of services includes feeding, exercise, and providing necessary care for the pet as mutually agreed upon.
Pet Health and Requirements
The Pet Owner is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the health, behavior, and specific requirements of the pet.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the pet exhibits aggressive behavior or poses a risk to the safety of the pet sitter or others.
Fees and Payment Terms
The Pet Owner agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the pet-sitting services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.
Payment is due within [number] days of the completion of the pet-sitting services unless otherwise specified in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Pet Owner must provide at least [number] hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of pet-sitting appointments.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
The Company is insured against accidental injury or damage caused by its employees during the provision of pet-sitting services.
The Pet Owner agrees to inform the Company of any pre-existing health conditions or behavioral concerns related to the pet.
Security and Access
The Pet Owner agrees to provide necessary keys or access codes to facilitate the pet-sitting services.
The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the keys or access codes provided by the Pet Owner.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with reasonable notice.
The Pet Owner agrees to pay for any outstanding services provided up to the termination date.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our pet-sitting services, the Pet Owner acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
