Photographer Terms and Conditions (Non-Commercial)
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Photographer”) and individuals engaging non-commercial photography services (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
Booking and Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to confirm the photography services for the non-commercial project.
The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received, and the Photographer reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days].
Payment
Full payment for photography services is due [Specify Timeline, e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled shoot.
Payments can be made by [Specify Payment Methods, e.g., bank transfer, cheque, or credit card].
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule the photography services by providing written notice to the Photographer.
The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made [Specify Timeline, e.g., more than 7 days] before the scheduled shoot, [Specify Percentage]% of the total fee will be charged. Cancellations made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 7 days] of the shoot will incur the full fee.
Copyright and Usage
The Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the non-commercial project.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Creative Control
The Photographer has creative control over the composition and editing of the images.
The Client may provide input and preferences, but the final artistic decisions lie with the Photographer.
Delivery of Images
The Photographer will provide a selection of edited images within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days] after the shoot.
The Client will receive the images in a digital format through a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon means.
Prints and Additional Products
The Photographer may offer additional products such as prints or albums.
Prices for additional products will be communicated separately, and payment is due before delivery.
Liability and Insurance
The Photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
The Photographer holds public liability insurance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By availing our non-commercial photography services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
