Plant Hire Terms and Conditions (B2C)

Agreement

By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the consumer (hereafter referred to as “the hirer”) acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the plant booking for the agreed-upon dates.

The remaining balance must be settled in full before the delivery or collection date.

Delivery and Collection

THP Shop will deliver and collect the hired plant at the specified location and time.

The hirer is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and ensuring suitable access for delivery or collection.

Usage

The hired plant shall be used only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The hirer must obtain any necessary permits for the use of specific plants if required.

Care and Maintenance

The hirer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the hired plant during the rental period.

Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the hirer, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.

Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

Liability

THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired plant.

The hirer is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their use of the hired plant.

Termination of Agreement

THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the hirer breaches any terms or if the hired plant is used unlawfully.

In the event of termination, THP Shop may collect the hired plant immediately.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By proceeding with the plant hire, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
