Roofing Services Terms and Conditions
Definitions
“Company” refers to [Your Company Name], a registered company in England and Wales.
“Client” refers to the individual or entity entering into an agreement for roofing services with the Company.
“Services” refers to the roofing services to be provided by the Company as outlined in the agreement.
Scope of Work
The Company agrees to provide roofing services to the Client in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreement.
Any additional work requested by the Client not included in the initial agreement will be subject to a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
