Venue Hire Terms and Conditions (Private Functions)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between [Company] (“the Venue”) and individuals or entities hiring the venue for private functions (“the Client”). By booking our venue, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Reservation

Payment

Responsibility for Damage

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its property by the Client, guests, or third parties attending the event.

The Venue reserves the right to charge the Client for any necessary repairs or replacement of damaged property.

Health and Safety

The Client agrees to comply with health and safety regulations during the event.

The Venue will provide relevant health and safety information, and the Client is responsible for communicating this information to their guests.

Alcohol and Catering

The sale and consumption of alcohol must comply with licensing laws, and the Client is responsible for ensuring all necessary licenses are obtained.

The Venue can provide catering services, and external catering may be permitted with prior agreement.

Liability and Insurance

The Venue is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

The Client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking our venue for private functions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
