Veterinary Surgery Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments for veterinary services can be scheduled by phone or in person. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

The veterinary surgery reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without prior notice.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees for veterinary services are outlined in the practice’s fee schedule, available upon request.

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment. The surgery accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.

EMERGENCY CARE

In case of emergencies during normal working hours, clients are encouraged to contact the surgery to arrange immediate care.

Outside normal working hours, clients should contact the designated emergency veterinary service.

MEDICAL RECORDS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Patient medical records are the property of the veterinary surgery and are kept confidential. Access to records is provided in accordance with data protection laws.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their pets’ health history and current condition.

Clients are expected to adhere to prescribed treatment plans and follow post-treatment care instructions.

LIABILITY

The veterinary surgery is not liable for unforeseen complications or adverse reactions to treatment, provided that care is administered according to accepted veterinary practices.

PET INSURANCE

Clients are encouraged to have suitable pet insurance coverage. The veterinary surgery can provide information necessary for insurance claims.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints or concerns should be directed to the practice manager. Every effort will be made to address and resolve issues promptly.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

AMENDMENTS

The veterinary surgery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the client acknowledges receipt and understanding of these terms and conditions.
