Wedding Planner Services Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Wedding Planner”) and individuals or entities engaging wedding planning services (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to confirm the wedding planning services.

The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received, and the Wedding Planner reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days].

Payment

Service Details

Vendor Contracts and Agreements

The Wedding Planner may assist in negotiating and securing contracts with vendors.

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all vendor contracts.

Liability and Insurance

The Wedding Planner holds professional liability insurance.

The Client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Day-of Coordination

If day-of coordination is included, the Wedding Planner will oversee the event day to ensure smooth execution.

The Client is responsible for providing a detailed timeline and contact information for all vendors.

Additional Services

Additional services beyond the initially agreed scope must be negotiated and may incur additional fees.

Both parties will mutually agree on any extended services or changes in writing.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing our wedding planning services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
