Yoga/Pilates Membership Terms and Conditions – Group or Individual Sessions: Per Session/Package Bookings
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern yoga or Pilates memberships with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Membership Registration
To become a yoga or Pilates member, individuals must complete the registration process.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Membership Fees

Payment methods and due dates will be communicated upon registration.
Session Booking
Members are entitled to book sessions based on the terms outlined in their specific membership package.

THP Shop may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Members who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.
Liability
Members acknowledge that yoga and Pilates involve physical activity and assume any associated risks.
THP Shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Membership Renewal
Memberships may be renewed by the member upon expiry, subject to any changes in terms and fees communicated by THP Shop.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
