Bicycle Hire Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By renting a bicycle from THP Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
To rent a bicycle, you must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or passport.
Rental Period
The rental period begins when you take possession of the bicycle and ends when the bicycle is returned to THP Shop.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Rental Fee
You agree to pay the rental fee as specified by THP Shop.
Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or loss of the bicycle.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required before the rental period begins.
The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the bicycle in the same condition as it was rented.
Condition of the Bicycle
You agree to return the bicycle in the same condition as it was rented.
Any damage to the bicycle will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Responsibilities of the Renter
You are responsible for the safe and lawful use of the bicycle.
The bicycle must not be used for any illegal activities.
You must lock the bicycle securely when not in use.
Liability
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred while using the rented bicycle.
You are advised to use appropriate safety gear, and THP Shop recommends wearing a helmet at all times.
Insurance
THP Shop does/does not provide insurance coverage for rented bicycles.
It is recommended that you have your own insurance coverage for personal liability and property damage.
Termination of Agreement
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if you breach any terms or if the bicycle is used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, you must return the bicycle immediately.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
[Your Company Name] reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be communicated to renters in advance.
By renting a bicycle from THP Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
