Car Repair Terms and Conditions (B2C)

Car Repair Terms and Conditions (B2C)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between [company](“the Repairer”) and individuals availing car repair services (“the Customer”). By using our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Estimates and Quotations

The Repairer will provide a written estimate or quotation for the cost of repair services.

Any additional work not covered by the original estimate will be communicated to the Customer for approval before commencement.

Booking and Confirmation

The Customer may book repair services by phone, in person, or through the Repairer’s online booking system.

A booking is considered confirmed when the Customer receives confirmation from the Repairer.

Payment

Payment for repair services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Repairer accepts payment by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Customer may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing reasonable notice to the Repairer.

The Repairer reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Warranty

The Repairer provides a warranty for the repair services performed, details of which will be provided in writing.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is subject to the terms specified.

Parts and Materials

The Repairer may use new, reconditioned, or aftermarket parts as necessary for the repair.

The Customer will be informed of the type of parts used and their respective warranties.

Liability and Insurance

The Repairer holds liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by negligence during the repair process.

The Customer is responsible for notifying the Repairer of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before the repair.

Completion and Collection

The Customer will be notified when the repair work is complete.

The Customer agrees to collect the vehicle promptly upon completion, and any storage fees for delayed collection will be communicated.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing our car repair services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
