Car Repair Terms and Conditions (Dispute Resolution) (B2B)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Repairer”) and businesses availing car repair services (“the Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Estimates and Quotations

The Repairer will provide a written estimate or quotation for the cost of repair services.

Any additional work not covered by the original estimate will be communicated to the Client for approval before commencement.

Booking and Confirmation

The Client may book repair services by phone, in person, or through the Repairer’s online booking system.

A booking is considered confirmed when the Client receives confirmation from the Repairer.

Payment

Payment for repair services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Repairer accepts payment by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing reasonable notice to the Repairer.

The Repairer reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Service Details

The Repairer agrees to provide repair services as agreed upon, including the duration, type of coverage, and any specific requirements outlined in writing.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the commercial vehicle, including schedules and key moments.

Warranty

The Repairer provides a warranty for the repair services performed, details of which will be provided in writing.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is subject to the terms specified.

Parts and Materials

The Repairer may use new, reconditioned, or aftermarket parts as necessary for the repair.

The Client will be informed of the type of parts used and their respective warranties.

Liability and Insurance

The Repairer holds liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by negligence during the repair process.

The Client is responsible for notifying the Repairer of any pre-existing damage to the commercial vehicle before the repair.

Completion and Collection

The Client will be notified when the repair work is complete.

The Client agrees to collect the commercial vehicle promptly upon completion, and any storage fees for delayed collection will be communicated.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If mediation does not result in a resolution, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging our car repair services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
