Home Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide home cleaning services to the client (“the Client”) in accordance with the agreed specifications.
The scope of services will be as detailed in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the cleaning services as outlined in the provided quote or service agreement.
Payment is due within [number] days of the completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Client must provide at least [number] hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Access to the Property
The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
In the event the Company is unable to access the property, the Client may be charged a fee for the inconvenience.
Quality of Service
The Company will strive to provide a high standard of cleaning services using reasonable care and skill.
Any concerns about the quality of the cleaning services must be reported to the Company within [number] days of the service date.
Liability
The Company is insured against accidental damage caused by its operatives.
The Client agrees to inform the Company of any valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning service commences.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to treat all client information and keys with confidentiality.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the cleaning services with written notice.
The Client agrees to pay for any outstanding services provided up to the termination date.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our home cleaning services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
