Office Building Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide cleaning services for the office building (“the Client”) in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.
The scope of services will be detailed, including the frequency and type of cleaning required.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the cleaning services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.
Payment is due within [number] days of the completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.
Access to the Office Building
The Client agrees to provide access to the office building at the scheduled cleaning times.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our office building cleaning services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
