Computer Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the computer equipment booking for the agreed-upon dates.
The remaining balance must be settled in full before the delivery or pickup date.
Delivery and Collection
THP Shop will deliver and collect the hired computer equipment at the specified location and time.
The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and ensuring suitable access for delivery or collection.
Usage
The hired computer equipment shall be used only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
The client is responsible for any necessary permits required for the use of the hired computer equipment.
Care and Responsibility
The client assumes responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the hired computer equipment during the rental period.
Any damage or loss incurred during the hire period is the responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.
Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
Liability
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired computer equipment.
The client is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their use of the hired computer equipment.
Termination of Agreement
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the client breaches any terms or if the hired computer equipment is used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, THP Shop may collect the hired computer equipment immediately.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with the computer equipment hire, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
