Driving School Terms & Conditions

LESSONS

Driving lessons will be provided as per the agreed schedule between the driving instructor and the student.

The driving instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, with timely notice provided.

PAYMENT

Payment for driving lessons is due in advance and can be made through [accepted payment methods].

The driving school reserves the right to withhold further lessons until outstanding payments are settled.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Students must provide [number of hours] hours’ notice for lesson cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

INSTRUCTOR’S DISCRETION

The driving instructor has the right to terminate or refuse lessons if the student is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the instructor deems the student unfit to drive safely.

LEARNER’S PERMIT AND LICENSING

It is the student’s responsibility to obtain and maintain a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license as required by law.

The driving school will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the student’s failure to comply with licensing requirements.

VEHICLE USE

Students are expected to treat the training vehicle with care and responsibility.

Any damages caused by the student due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.

LIABILITY

The driving school is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss incurred during lessons unless caused by the negligence of the instructor.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during driving lessons, including personal and contact details, will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

AMENDMENTS

The driving school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Students will be notified of any changes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the student acknowledges receipt and understanding of these terms and conditions.
