These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the relationship between THP Shop (“the Agency”) and the client engaging the Agency’s services for recruitment and employment purposes.
By engaging the services of the Agency, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
“Client” refers to the organization or individual seeking recruitment services from the Agency.
“Candidate” refers to the individual introduced by the Agency to the Client for employment opportunities.
The Agency agrees to provide recruitment and employment services to the Client, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and detailed job specifications to facilitate the recruitment process.
The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fee for successful candidate placement, as outlined in the fee structure provided by the Agency.
Payment is due within [number of days] days of the candidate’s start date.
In the event that a placed candidate leaves the employment within the agreed guarantee period, the Agency will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, or a refund as mutually agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the recruitment process.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, detailing the reasons for termination.
In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services already provided by the Agency.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
