These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the relationship between THP Shop (“the Business”) and the client engaging the Business’s services for temporary or permanent staffing solutions.
By engaging the services of the Business, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
“Client” refers to the organization or individual seeking staffing solutions from the Business.
“Worker” refers to the individual provided by the Business to perform work or services for the Client.
The Business agrees to provide staffing services to the Client, including the provision of temporary or permanent Workers.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and detailed job specifications to facilitate the staffing process.
The Client agrees to pay the Business a fee for the services provided, as outlined in the fee structure provided by the Business.
Payment terms are as specified in the invoice issued by the Business.
The Client agrees not to engage Workers provided by the Business directly or indirectly without the Business’s prior written consent.
If the Client wishes to employ a Worker permanently, a transfer fee may be applicable, as outlined in the fee structure.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the staffing process.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, detailing the reasons for termination.
In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services already provided by the Business.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By engaging the services of THP Shop, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
