Your Employer
Your employer is THP Shop, a reputable employment business operating in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Type of Employment
Your engagement is on a temporary basis. This means you are not on a permanent employment contract but are engaged for specific assignments.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
