Terms and Conditions (Business to Consumer)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Company”) and individuals or entities engaging in event management services (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Services Offered

The Company agrees to provide event management services as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or quotation.

Any additional services requested by the Client during the course of the event will be subject to a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to secure the booking.

Full payment for the event management services is due [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days] before the event date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Responsibilities

Liability and Insurance

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

The Client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including event concepts and designs, developed by the Company for the Client remains the property of the Company.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, or natural disasters.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging in our event management services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
