Fitness Terms and Conditions – Group Classes: Per Class Booking
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern participation in fitness classes with [Your Fitness Studio’s Name]. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Class Booking and Attendance
Participants must book and pay for each class in advance.
Classes are subject to availability, and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

THP Shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. THP Shop is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
