By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the business client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking for the agreed-upon dates.
The remaining balance must be settled in full before the delivery or pickup date.
THP Shop will deliver the hired items or make them available for collection at the specified business location and time.
The business client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and ensuring suitable access for delivery or collection.
The hired items shall be used solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The business client must obtain any necessary permits for the use of the hired items.
The business client is responsible for the care and maintenance of the hired items during the hire period.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the business client, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.
Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired items.
The business client is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event or use of the hired items.
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the business client breaches any terms or if the hired items are used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, THP Shop will collect the hired items immediately.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with the hire, the business client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
