General (Advance Order) Hire Terms and Conditions (B2C)
Agreement
By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the consumer (hereafter referred to as “the hirer”) acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking for the agreed-upon dates.
The remaining balance must be settled in full before the delivery or pickup date.
Delivery and Collection
[Your Company Name] will deliver the hired items or make them available for collection at the specified location and time.
The hirer is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and ensuring suitable access for delivery or collection.
Usage
The hired items shall be used only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the use of the hired items.
Care and Maintenance
The hirer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the hired items during the hire period.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the hirer, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.
Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
Liability
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired items.
The hirer is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event or use of the hired items.
Termination of Agreement
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the hirer breaches any terms or if the hired items are used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, THP Shop will collect the hired items immediately.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with the hire, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
