Hotel Terms and Conditions (B2B)

RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS

Business clients may make reservations through our designated booking channels. Confirmation is subject to room availability.

A valid company credit account or credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the account/card for the agreed-upon charges.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from [time], and check-out time is by [time]. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Business clients may cancel or modify their reservation up to [number of days] days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring charges.

Cancellations or modifications made within [number of days] days of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon check-in. Accepted payment methods include the company credit account, company credit/debit cards, and cash.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the company credit account or charge the company credit/debit card for incidental charges.

GUEST CONDUCT

Representatives of the business client are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to hotel policies. The hotel reserves the right to terminate services for disruptive behavior without refund.

DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS

The business client will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property or missing items. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the company’s account.

LIABILITY

The hotel is not liable for the loss of money, valuables, or business-related items left unattended in the room.

The hotel’s liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the total cost of the business client’s stay.

FORCE MAJEURE

The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Business client information is collected and processed in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy, available on the hotel’s website.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

AMENDMENTS

The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Business clients will be notified of any changes.
