Locksmith Services Terms and Conditions (Business)
Services Provided
THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide locksmith services to the business client (“the Client”) in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.
The scope of services may encompass commercial lock installations, access control systems, key management, and other locksmith-related services as mutually agreed upon.
Quotations and Charges
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the locksmith services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.
Additional services requested by the Client, not included in the initial quote, will be subject to a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.
Emergency Services
The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide prompt emergency locksmith services for the business client.
Emergency call-out fees and terms will be communicated to the Client in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the locksmith services, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.
Workmanship Warranty
The Company provides a [number]-day warranty on workmanship. Any issues arising within this period will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the business client.
Liability
The Company is insured against accidental damage caused by its operatives during the provision of locksmith services.
The business client agrees to inform the Company of any potential risks or security concerns related to the business premises.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to treat all client information, access codes, and security details with strict confidentiality.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in our locksmith services, the business client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
