Musicians Booking Terms and Conditions (B2C)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Agency”) and individuals engaging musicians for personal events (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to confirm the musicians’ booking for the event.

The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received, and the Agency reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days].

Payment

Full payment for musicians’ services is due [Specify Timeline, e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled event.

Payments can be made by [Specify Payment Methods, e.g., bank transfer, cheque, or credit card].

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule the musicians’ services by providing written notice to the Agency.

The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made [Specify Timeline, e.g., more than 14 days] before the scheduled event, [Specify Percentage]% of the total fee will be charged. Cancellations made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days] of the event will incur the full fee.

Event Details and Music Preferences

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the event, including the venue, date, and any specific music preferences.

Any changes to the event details or music preferences must be communicated to the Agency in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Performance

The musicians will perform at the agreed-upon date, time, and venue.

The Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate music requests, and a pre-event consultation may be arranged.

Liability and Insurance

The Agency is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

The musicians hold public liability insurance.

Equipment and Set-Up

The musicians will provide their equipment for the event.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the availability of necessary power sources and informing the Agency of any specific venue requirements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing our musicians’ booking services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
