DEFINITIONS
“Seller” refers to the party selling goods through distance selling.
“Buyer” refers to the consumer purchasing goods through distance selling.
“Goods” refers to the products sold through distance selling.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
These terms and conditions comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2013.
The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalized or perishable goods.
ORDER PROCESS
The Buyer places an order through the Seller’s website or other distance selling platforms.
The Seller acknowledges the order with an order confirmation, including details of the goods, prices, and delivery costs.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for goods and delivery costs are clearly stated on the Seller’s website or platform.

DELIVERY

LIABILITY

The Buyer is responsible for examining the goods upon delivery and reporting any defects promptly.
DATA PROTECTION
The Seller will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
