Shopfitter Services Terms and Conditions (Business)

Services Provided

THP Shop (“the Company”) agrees to provide shopfitting services to the business client (“the Client”) in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon quote or service agreement.

The scope of services may include commercial space planning, design, fixtures installation, and other shopfitting-related services as mutually agreed upon.

Quotations and Charges

The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount for the shopfitting services as specified in the provided quote or service agreement.

Additional services requested by the Client, not included in the initial quote, will be subject to a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.

Design Approval and Changes

The Client will have the opportunity to review and approve the proposed shopfitting design before the commencement of any work.

Any changes to the agreed-upon design after the commencement of work may result in additional charges and will be subject to a separate written agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the shopfitting services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of [percentage]% per month.

Workmanship Warranty

The Company provides a [number]-day warranty on workmanship. Any issues arising within this period will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the business client.

Liability

The Company is insured against accidental damage caused by its operatives during the provision of shopfitting services.

The business client agrees to inform the Company of any potential risks or specific requirements related to the business premises.

Confidentiality

The Company agrees to treat all client information, designs, and business premises details with strict confidentiality.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By engaging in our shopfitting services, the business client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
