Tent Hire Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the tent booking for the agreed-upon dates.
The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the delivery or setup date.
Delivery and Setup
THP Shop will arrange the delivery, installation, and dismantling of the tent at the specified location.
The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue and ensuring suitable access for setup.
Usage
The tent shall be used only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The client must obtain any necessary permits for the erection and use of the structure.
Care and Maintenance
The client is responsible for the care and maintenance of the tent during the hire period.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the client, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Weather Conditions
In the event of adverse weather conditions, THP Shop reserves the right to modify the setup or reschedule the hire to ensure safety and compliance.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within [X] days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.
Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
Liability
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired tent.
The client is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
Termination of Agreement
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the client breaches any terms or if the tent is used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, THP Shop will collect the hired items immediately.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with the tent hire, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
