Tool Hire Terms and Conditions (B2B)
Agreement
By entering into a hire agreement with THP Shop, the business client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the tool booking for the agreed-upon dates.
The remaining balance must be settled in full before the collection or delivery date.
Collection and Return
The business client is responsible for the collection and return of the hired tools at the agreed-upon location and time.
Late returns may incur additional charges, as specified by THP Shop.
Usage
The hired tools shall be used only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The business client must obtain any necessary permits for the use of specific tools if required.
Care and Maintenance
The business client is responsible for the care and maintenance of the hired tools during the hire period.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the business client, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the full hire fee.
Cancellations made prior to [X] days of the agreed-upon date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
Liability
THP Shop is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the hired tools.
The business client is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their use of the hired tools.
Termination of Agreement
THP Shop reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the business client breaches any terms or if the hired tools are used unlawfully.
In the event of termination, THP Shop may collect the hired tools immediately.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with the tool hire, the business client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
