Yoga/Pilates Terms and Conditions – Group or Individual Sessions: Per Session/Package Bookings
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern participation in yoga or Pilates sessions with THP Shop. These terms are aligned with the laws of England and Wales.
Session Booking and Attendance
Participants must book and pay for each session in advance or as part of a package.
Sessions are subject to availability, and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants are expected to arrive at least [Specify Time] minutes before the session start time.
Payment
Payment for each session or package is due in advance.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for cancelled sessions are not provided, except in cases of exceptional circumstances at the discretion of THP Shop.

Session Changes and Cancellations
THP Shop reserves the right to change or cancel sessions.
Participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made when possible.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
Photography and Videography
THP Shop may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be included should inform the studio in writing.
Liability
Participants acknowledge that yoga and Pilates involve physical activity and assume any associated risks.
THP Shop is not liable for any injuries or damages, except in cases of negligence.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. THP Shop is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. – Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
