Videographer Terms and Conditions (Commercial)

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between THP Shop (“the Videographer”) and businesses engaging videography services for commercial purposes (“the Client”). By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount or Percentage] is required to confirm the videography services for the commercial project.

The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received, and the Videographer reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not made within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 14 days].

Payment

Full payment for videography services is due [Specify Timeline, e.g., 30 days] before the scheduled commercial shoot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule the videography services by providing written notice to the Videographer.

Service Details

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the commercial project, including schedules and key moments.

Copyright and Usage

The Videographer retains the copyright to all footage captured during the commercial project.

The Client is granted a license to use the footage for commercial purposes as agreed upon in writing.

Editing and Delivery

The Videographer will provide a selection of edited footage within [Specify Timeline, e.g., 21 days] after the shoot.

The Client will receive the footage in a digital format through a secure online platform or other agreed-upon means.

Additional Usage and Licensing

Any additional usage beyond the initially agreed scope must be negotiated and may incur additional fees.

The Videographer and Client will mutually agree on any extended licensing or usage rights in writing.

Liability and Insurance

The Videographer is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

The Videographer holds public liability insurance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing our videography services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
