Skrapp is decent for pulling emails off LinkedIn and domains, but let’s be real—it’s kinda barebones these days. If you’re doing serious B2B outreach, you’ll hit limits fast. So here are my go-to replacements when I need more firepower, better data, or just fewer bounced emails.

1. ZoomInfo

zoominfo_1

Yeah, it’s the big dog of B2B leads database providers. Not cheap—but insanely powerful.

What I loved:

  • Deep, verified business leads (emails + phones + org charts).
  • Tons of filters: tech stack, funding, hiring, intent data, you name it.
  • Integrates with everything (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.).

What I didn’t:

  • Pricing is brutal. Seriously.
  • Bit of a learning curve. Not super “plug and play.”

Pricing: Custom quotes. Expect $$$ if you’re a small team.

Verdict: If you’ve got the budget, ZoomInfo blows Skrapp outta the water.

2. RocketReach

rocketreach_1

This one’s got a great mix of B2B contact info and slick UI. Works well for prospecting fast.

What I liked:

  • Solid LinkedIn plugin.
  • Verified emails and some phone numbers.
  • Clean search UX and smart filters.

Didn’t love:

  • No outreach features built in.
  • Can get pricey as your needs grow.

Pricing: Starts at $53/month for basic usage.

Verdict: A tighter, more accurate Skrapp alternative for solo reps or small teams.

3. Kaspr

kaspr_1

If you’re doing LinkedIn-based lead generation, this tool is underrated. Real-time email + phone extraction.

Pros:

  • Chrome extension is buttery smooth.
  • Emails, mobiles, company data—all in one click.
  • Auto-enriches CRM records.

Cons:

  • Mainly Europe-focused.
  • Some contact data is pay-to-unlock.

Pricing: Free tier, then paid from ~€30/month.

Verdict: Perfect Skrapp upgrade if you live in LinkedIn Sales Nav.

4. LeadIQ

leadiq_1

This one’s built for outbound SDRs. You can pull contact info + launch sequences in one tool.

What stood out:

  • Auto-captures leads from LinkedIn.
  • Syncs to HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Clean UI, nice workflows for teams.

Downsides:

  • Some emails bounce. Not always 100%.
  • Not great for solo operators.

Pricing: Starts around $75/month.

Verdict: A strong pick for growing sales teams that want to streamline prospecting.

5. Apollo.io

apollo_1

Honestly, this is the one I use the most. All-in-one lead generation + outreach platform, and it’s crazy good for the price.

Why I love it:

  • 275M+ contacts. Solid accuracy.
  • Built-in cold email tool (sequences, A/B testing, etc.).
  • Intent signals + tech filters.

What’s meh:

  • UI’s a bit clunky at times.
  • Some data can be slightly outdated.

Pricing: Free plan is solid. Paid starts at $49/month.

Verdict: If you’re ditching Skrapp, start here. Best bang for your buck hands down.

6. SalesIntel

salesintel_1

A pretty underrated player in the B2B leads database scene.

What I liked:

  • Human-verified data (huge for accuracy).
  • Decent firmographic and technographic filters.
  • Intent signals via Bombora baked in.

What I didn’t:

  • UI feels a bit dated.
  • Filtering could be tighter.

Pricing: No public pricing—custom quotes. Mid-high range.

Verdict: If verified data is a must, this one punches above its weight.

7. LeadSwift

leadswift_1

Scrappy little tool with local lead gen focus. Great if you’re hunting SMBs.

Loved:

  • Bulk scraping from Google Maps + Yelp.
  • Instant data export with emails, phones, websites.
  • No-fuss interface.

Didn’t love:

  • Accuracy’s hit or miss.
  • Not ideal for enterprise leads.

Pricing: $47–$97/month depending on plan.

Verdict: Killer for local biz targeting. Not for complex B2B.

8. LeadScrape

leadscrape_1

Old-school scraper for bulk B2B contact info. Works offline too.

What’s good:

  • Massive data pulls.
  • Works by industry, location, keywords.
  • You own the data (one-time download).

What’s not:

  • UI is clunky.
  • No enrichment or validation.

Pricing: One-time fee (~$200) per license.

Verdict: Not sexy, but useful for mass scraping jobs.

9. Snov.io

snov_1

I’ve used this one for everything—email finder, verifier, and outreach.

What’s solid:

  • Chrome extension grabs LinkedIn leads.
  • Built-in email sequences.
  • Email warmup and verifier = fewer bounces.

Cons:

  • UI can be confusing at first.
  • Contact database isn’t as deep as Apollo.

Pricing: Free plan, then paid from $39/month.

Verdict: Super versatile. Like Skrapp on steroids.

  • Verified emails from LinkedIn searches.
  • Good enrichment for names/domains.

  • Weak on phone numbers.
  • Lacks integrations and automation.

Pricing: Starts at $49/month.

Verdict: Great starter tool if you’re doing simple outreach.

11. TaskDrive

taskdrive_1

More of a done-for-you lead gen company than a tool, but very effective.

Good stuff:

  • Their VA team does custom list building.
  • High-quality leads, tailored per campaign.
  • You save tons of time.

Not-so-good:

  • Pricey for small teams.
  • Turnaround time can vary.

Pricing: Custom, usually $1,000+/mo.

Verdict: If you’ve got budget and want to outsource, this works.

12. LeadFuze

leadfuze_1

Pretty feature-packed for outbound pros.

Pros:

  • AI-powered list building (“Fuzebot”).
  • Search by job title, company size, revenue, tech stack.
  • Can export directly to CRMs.

Cons:

  • A few stale leads in my tests.

  • UI’s a little clunky compared to Apollo.

Pricing: Starts at $147/month.

Verdict: Strong for building outbound lead lists fast.

13. Instantly

instantly_1

This is my go-to for cold email campaigns—pairs well with lead gen tools.

Loved:

  • Unlimited email sending (seriously).
  • Smart warmup + inbox rotation.
  • Great analytics.

Didn’t love:

  • Doesn’t give you the leads—you bring your own.
  • No scraping or enrichment features.

Pricing: From $37/month.

Verdict: A++ email tool. Pair it with Apollo or Snov.io for a lethal combo.

14. Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

brevo_1

More of a marketing automation platform than pure lead gen, but still useful.

What’s good:

  • Email/SMS campaigns.
  • Simple CRM built in.
  • Great deliverability.

Not good for:

  • B2B list building—no real database.
  • Outreach-specific features are lacking.

Pricing: Free tier, then from $25/month.

Verdict: Best for warm lead nurturing, not lead scraping.

15. Leadzai

leadzai_1

Focused on AI-powered lead scoring and targeting, especially for ads.

Liked:

  • Smart targeting via AI.
  • Works well with ad campaigns (Facebook, Google).
  • Simple dashboard.

Didn’t like:

  • Not great for outbound.
  • Lacks deep contact data.

Pricing: Varies. Starts low.

Verdict: More ad-focused than sales—still useful if you run paid lead gen.

16. 6sense

6sense_1

The heavyweight champ in ABM + intent data. More for big B2B teams.

What rocks:

  • Buyer intent + journey data = crazy insights.
  • Integrates into Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Great for targeting mid-market and enterprise.

What sucks:

  • Needs onboarding to use well.

Pricing: Enterprise only.

Verdict: Use if you’re running serious ABM campaigns. Otherwise, skip.

17. Leadfeeder (now Dealfront)

leadfeeder_1

For identifying anonymous traffic on your site. Not for scraping, but a great lead source.

What’s awesome:

  • Shows you companies visiting your site.
  • Filters by behavior, location, and industry.
  • Pairs well with outbound tools.

Downsides:

  • Doesn’t give you contact info—you need to enrich.
  • Only works if you already have traffic.

Pricing: Free plan, then $139/month+.

Verdict: A hidden gem for surfacing warm leads. Combine with Snov.io or Instantly.

18. UpLead

uplead_1

UpLead’s solid. If you’re tired of stale emails, this one’s a breath of fresh air.

What I liked:

lead411_1

Heavy on intent + triggers, which is great for timing outreach.

  • Seamless export to CRMs.

Didn’t like:

  • UI feels a bit “old enterprise.”

21. Hunter.io

hunter_1

Straightforward email finder. Minimalist. Fast.

What rocks:

  • Domain search gives you company-wide emails in seconds.
  • Email verifier is super accurate.
  • Integrations are clean (Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc.)

What sucks:

  • No intent or direct dials.
  • Not really a full lead gen database.

Pricing: Free tier, then $49/month+.

Verdict: A must-have in your toolkit—just don’t expect it to do everything.

22. Coldlytics

coldlytics_1

Done-for-you cold lead lists, built by humans, not bots.

Liked:

  • You tell them what you need—they build it.
  • Data is pretty fresh.
  • You can get super specific (e.g., yoga studios in Denver with a website).

Didn’t like:

  • Takes time to get the data.
  • No platform—just spreadsheet delivery.

Pricing: Pay per list or via plans (from ~$99).

Verdict: Great for niche targeting. Not scalable for mass B2B sales.

23. Seamless.AI

seamless_1

Another big player, with a mix of automation + real-time search.

  • Real-time search = no stale data.
  • Phone numbers + emails included.
