What I’m using instead for better B2B leads, cleaner data, and faster prospecting

Alright, I’ve used LeadSwift for a while—it’s a solid option if you’re targeting local business leads in the U.S., especially for service niches like HVAC, roofing, etc. But if you’re scaling, or need more accurate B2B data, global reach, or tighter integrations, you’ll probably outgrow it fast.

So here’s my no-BS list of LeadSwift alternatives that actually deliver. Whether you need a cleaner lead generation database, full-blown sales automation, or just better B2B contact data, these tools have you covered 👇

Why it’s a beast:

What bugged me:

Why I dig it:

What I didn’t love:

Verdict: If you’re cold calling or doing LinkedIn-first prospecting, this thing slaps. Way better than LeadSwift for phone-based outreach.

What I liked:

What I didn’t:

Verdict: If you want to build B2B contact lists as you browse LinkedIn and push ‘em straight to your CRM, LeadIQ kills it.

What I loved:

What needs work:

  • Can lag a bit on large exports.
  • A few bounces here and there—but manageable.

Pricing: Free plan. Paid from $49/mo.

Verdict: Best bang-for-buck on this list. Replaced 3 tools for me. If you’re switching from LeadSwift and want to scale hard, go Apollo.
